Alice Goble

January 13, 1999 — July 10, 2024

Omaha

Alice was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, girlfriend, and friend. The relationships she established in her time on this earth left an indelible mark on the course of her life. Most notably, would be her long-term girlfriend and life partner, Ellen. Alice and Ellen were the epitome of unconditionally benevolent love. Along with Ellen, there was a monumental quantity of cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents who raised, loved, and supported Alice through all seasons of life. Her mother Jenny and her brother Ricky made certain Alice felt the love and endearment they had to offer her.

Alice had an assortment of hobbies that piqued her interest, such as video games, cooking, and taking care of her cat Gia. Alice and Ellen shared many memories cooking in the kitchen, and it is said that Alice had a “magic touch” in terms of seasoning and perfecting the foods they shared. Along with cooking, Alice had an irrevocable love for any animal, as she was able to make friends with any cat or dog she encountered. The same could generally be said for all of the people in her life as well.

Alice can also be described as one with an unwavering opinion for everything she was passionate about. She was a known member and supporter of the LGBTQ+ community and she wore those colors with a commendable sense of pride and bravery. Another community she held dear to her heart was the video gaming community. Her and fellow gamers established amiable relationships that blossomed into life-long friendships. Alice enjoyed talking to her companions and the people she held close to her heart as frequently as she could. She was an easy person to talk to, as she always leant an endearing listening ear.

As Alice was a caring and loving soul, she would want everyone to know that it is imperative that we all follow our ambitions, spread love everywhere we go, and continue fighting through all struggles until we find the bliss that this life has to offer.

Survived by her life partner, Ellen Bredeman; mother, Jennifer Bestwick (Kyle); father, Richard Goble, Sr.; brother, Rick Goble, Jr.; grandmother, Jean Goble; grandparents, Roman & Connie Myszkowski and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other loving family and friends.
