Omaha - Preceded in death by parents Sarah and Arnold. Survived by wife Mary; sons Andy and Ben; daughter Sarah; brothers Chris and Jim; friend John Swoboda. Alan was a long time special ed teacher for Millard Public Schools; he was a devoted father and Husker fan. Funeral Service 1 p.m. Thursday at Roeder Mortuary with visitation from 12 – 1 pm. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park. Memorials to the Neb. Game and Parks Commission.
